All are invited to this year’s Behold Him Worshi All are invited to this year’s Behold Him Worship Conference taking place October 24-25 at Emmanuel Barrie! Friday night will be a time of worship, then Saturday will be a time of large group and break-outs with the goal of equipping for worship team members and people passionate about worship. This year there is a special focus on calling our younger generation back into worship ministry, and to consider a calling to vocational ministry. If you or any of your teenagers or young adults are passionate about developing a passion for worship, then this conference is for you! Tom is the founder and president of Copland Financial Ministries. He has been teaching God’s word on finances since 1982 and his financial moments are aired on approximately 200 radio stations and seven TV stations across Canada and some northern United States. Jonathan Grant is a Senior Investment Advisor and Associate Portfolio Manager with 20 years of experience providing holistic wealth management services and advice. Josh Grant is a CPA, CA with over 25 years of experience as a Senior Financial Executive. As CFO of a large company, Josh has managed money from a Biblical perspective leading to exceptional performance.

As our children head into this upcoming school yea As our children head into this upcoming school year, let us be reminded about the importance of treasuring God's word and storing it in our hearts. Memorizing key passages helps us to deeply value and internalize Scripture, making it a guiding principle for our life. This involves not just reading or hearing God's word, but also meditating on it, memorizing it, and applying it to daily living, ultimately to prevent sin and align our life with God's will. Let this be an encourage to continue memorizing scripture as a family this school year, helping your kids be reminded of God’s love for them daily.

These potlucks provide great opportunities to meet new people and grow relationships over a shared meal. Families with last names starting A-M can bring a side, salad or dessert, and last names starting N-Z can bring a main dish.

Our next event takes place on Tuesday, September 9 from 1:00-3:00pm on the lower level at Simcoside Lifepointe Church. The elevator can be accessed through the back door if needed. Come for a fun afternoon of games, fellowship, refreshments, and planning for the ministry year. These are open events, so invite your friends!

At the TGC Canada 2025 Conference for Women, you’ll find deep answers to your restless search. You will hear God speak through the Book of Habakkuk and find wisdom from experienced breakout speakers who will equip you to know and follow God practically. There will be a pre-conference worship night on Thursday before the full conference begins on Friday and ends on Saturday at Hope Bible Church in Oakville. Come be encouraged and equipped for living out God’s call of leadership in your life, no matter your age and stage. The Men’s Conference takes place Friday, November 7 - Saturday, November 8, hosted by Cornerstone Baptist Church on 265 Coldwater Road. They have a dynamic team of teachers including Pastor Paul Carter and Pastor Levi denBok, and worship leaders lined up who love God’s Word and will challenge and encourage over these 2 days. On Thursday nights from September 25-November 20, we’ll meet at the school starting at 5:30pm for our weekly potluck dinner and time of fellowship. Then, our breakout studies for adults and youth, and kids programs and nursery will run from 6:15-7:30pm. This fall, we’ll be offering 3 different adult breakout studies for you to choose from; if you’re unable to make it to the potlucks, you’re welcome to join us for just the study! > Men’s Study - Discipling Men: Led by Pastor Keith, we’ll go through 9 Marks: Discipling. > Men’s & Women’s Study - Going Deeper: Led by Pastor Levi, we’ll dig deeper into the Judges sermon series; you can jump into this course anytime (open to men and women, no study book required). > Women’s Study - 1 Peter: Led by Heather Laing, we’ll examine the book of 1 Peter together (no study book required). This is the perfect time to check out Life Together this fall, growing deeper relationships and staying grounded in the Word throughout the week. We hope you’ll join us!
