My prayer this morning is that we would come to recognize the cross as a SURE, UNDENIABLE SIGN of the Father’s love for us. If God would give His Son for you, then you can be sure that His grace, and His love, and His forgiveness is yours. Romans 8:32, Genesis 22

Today’s text says that Jesus endured the cross “FOR the joy that was set before him.” This raises an important question. What is this “joy” that was set before Jesus? Hebrews 12:1-2

This morning’s text declares that knowledge of the CROSS is POWER! Not only is it power, but it is freedom! It is comfort! It is joy! It is peace! When you understand THIS, everything changes!  Romans 3:21-26
