Women's Ministry Spring Bible Study
March 28-May 2, 2023 // Tuesdays // 10:00-11:30am // jointly with Cornerstone Women's Ministry in the Fellowship Hall
March 30-May 4, 2023 // Thursdays // 6:15-7:15pm // at Life Together with the Women's Study breakout at the Orillia Christian School
The spring Women's Bible Study will meet again starting in March and there are 2 days/times to choose from. You can register for either the joint Cornerstone Women's Ministry study on Tuesday mornings at Cornerstone, or with our Life Together program each week on Thursday evenings. The joint Cornerstone course is $15/person to cover the cost of the study book (Cornerstone will order your book for you). Limited childcare is available for Tuesday mornings. If you plan to attend the Life Together course on Thursday evenings, you can order your study book through Amazon here.
If you'd like to join the Tuesday morning joint Cornerstone study, please click here to register on the Cornerstone website (the cost is $15/person and they will order your book for you).
If you'd like to join the Thursday evening study at Life Together, you don't need to register ahead of time. The men's and women's Life Together studies will run separately each week in the spring semester starting March 30. You can order your study book here through Amazon.
This semester's study is based on a 6-week book study by Jerry Bridges called The Pursuit of Holiness:
“Be holy, for I am holy,” commands God. But holiness is something that is often missed in the Christian’s daily life. According to author Jerry Bridges, that’s because we’re not exactly sure what our part in holiness is. In The Pursuit of Holiness, he helps us see clearly just what we should rely on God to do―and what we should take responsibility for ourselves. As you deepen your relationship with God, learn more about His character, and understand the Holy Spirit’s role in holiness, your spiritual growth will mature..
